Below are the terms and conditions under which SI.RI.E. SRL offers users access to its services available on the website www.ristorovegano.it<\/p>\n

  1. Definitions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To ensure complete understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, the following terms, in singular and plural, shall have the meanings set forth below:<\/p>\n

    o Owner<\/strong>: SI.RI.E. SRL, with registered office at Ripa di Porta Ticinese, 79, VAT no. 12129600156, REA MI 1531371, share capital \u20ac51,000, e-mail address admin@sirie.it<\/a>, PEC address sirie@pec.it<\/a>
    o Application:<\/strong> the website www.ristorovegano.it managed by the Owner, which offers food services;
    o Products:<\/strong> the products and\/or services offered through the Application;
    o User:<\/strong> the person accessing the Application, regardless of legal status and purpose, interested in the Products offered through the Application;
    o Consumer:<\/strong> a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may perform;
    o Terms:<\/strong> this contract governing the relationship between the Owner and the Users, and the sale or provision of Products offered through the Application.<\/p>\n

    1. Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The purchase contract for the Products is concluded by the correct completion and submission of the order form. This form contains the details of the purchaser and the order, the price of the purchased product, any additional charges, payment methods and terms, reservation day, purchased meals, the right of withdrawal, and consent to the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

      Upon receipt of the order, the Owner sends a confirmation email or displays a confirmation and summary web page, which can be printed, and which includes the aforementioned details.<\/p>\n

      After payment and thus the reservation, Users will receive a confirmation email as soon as the system verifies the reservation, estimated within about 15 minutes, including the details of the purchase.<\/p>\n

      The Owner may amend or simply update these Terms, in whole or in part. Users acknowledge and agree that any changes to these Terms shall apply to orders submitted by Users after the date of notice of the changes. Users are therefore invited to check the Terms each time they access the Application and are encouraged to print a copy for future reference.<\/p>\n

      1. Registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To use certain features of the Application, Users must register<\/strong> by truthfully and completely providing all required data in the registration form and fully accept the privacy policy and these Terms<\/strong>. The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials safe.<\/p>\n

        It is understood that under no circumstances can the Owner be held liable in case of loss, disclosure, theft, or unauthorized use of User credentials by third parties, for any reason.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Account Deletion and Closure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The Owner reserves the right to suspend or close the User\u2019s account at any time and without notice in the event of violation of these Terms or applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Purchases on the Application<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The purchase of one or more Products through the Application is only permitted to Users who qualify as Consumers and are natural persons who are at least eighteen years of age.<\/p>\n

            Pursuant to Art. 3, Paragraph I, Letter a) of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (\u201cConsumer Code<\/strong>\u201d), Consumers are natural persons who, in relation to the purchase of Products, act for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, professional, or craft activity.<\/p>\n

            The Owner undertakes to describe and present the Products sold on the Application as accurately as possible. However, some errors, inaccuracies, or minor differences may occur between the Application and the actual Product. Also, any photographs of the Products on the Application are not contractual elements, as they are merely illustrative.<\/p>\n

            The Owner reserves the right to refuse an order: 1. when authorization to charge the Product cost to the User is denied; 2. when an evidently incorrect and recognizable price is indicated at the time of purchase. In such cases, the User will be contacted by Customer Service and will receive a refund for the transaction.<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Prices and Payments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The Owner reserves the right to modify Product prices at any time.
              It is understood that any changes will not affect contracts already concluded prior to the change.<\/p>\n

              Product sales prices include VAT, if applicable.<\/p>\n

              The User agrees to pay the price of the purchased Product in the times and ways indicated in the Application.<\/p>\n

              If, during registration, the Fidelity Card number from www.ilpuntobio.com<\/a> is entered and registration is made with the same email address, the User will be entitled to a reserved discount as a Scuola SIMO student on one meal per day.<\/p>\n

              The discount is personal and cannot be combined with other offers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Any refund to the User will be made promptly using one of the methods offered by the Owner and chosen by the User and, in the event of withdrawal, no later than 30 days from the date on which the Owner became aware of the withdrawal.<\/p>\n

              The Application uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact in any way with the payment data provided (credit card numbers, holder names, passwords, etc.).<\/p>\n

              If such third-party tools deny payment authorization, the Owner will not be able to provide the Products and is not liable for any delay or failure in delivery.<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Invoicing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The User will receive an invoice<\/strong>, and billing information will be requested during registration. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the User, who declares and guarantees it is truthful, releasing the Owner from any related liability.<\/p>\n

                1. Cancellation Right<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  If you wish to cancel a paid reservation, you have until 6:00 PM on the Friday before the booking date.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  To cancel, the User must contact the Owner at info@ristorovegano.it<\/a> or call Customer Service at 393 5284646. The User will be informed about the cancellation procedure and will receive an email with a voucher equal to the amount paid, which can be reused at Ristoro Vegano or through the Application within six months from the voucher\u2019s issue date.<\/p>\n

                  The Owner will not consider cancellation requests made after 6:00 PM on the Friday before the booking.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. Privacy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The protection and processing of personal data will take place in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on the dedicated page on the website www.ristorovegano.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      These Terms and all disputes regarding performance, interpretation, and validity are subject to Italian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Owner is based.<\/p>\n

                      If the User is a Consumer under Art. 3 of the Consumer Code, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is with the court of the User\u2019s place of residence or domicile in Italy, without prejudice to the User\u2019s right to bring an action before a different court pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code, using one of the criteria of Articles 18, 19, and 20 of the Italian Civil Procedure Code.<\/p>\n

                      11. Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      Consumers residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. Consumers can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from online sales contracts out of court. Therefore, Consumers can use this platform for any dispute arising from online contracts concluded with the Owner. The platform is available at: http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/a><\/p>\n
