The art of food as a passion; learning about key plant-based ingredients to create balanced, delicious, and hearty dishes. From raw materials to processed foods, all of plant origin. How to cook appetizers, creams, first courses, main courses, and desserts with method and joy for your family, loved ones, or clients.




Offered Services
We organize courses in 3 modules, each consisting of 4 evenings, with a maximum of 20 people per module. During these sessions, participants learn the theory of the foods they will prepare. The chef demonstrates several dishes from preparation to plating, explaining the process and answering questions. At the end of the lesson, students work in groups to prepare the selected dishes. The evening concludes with everyone dining together in harmony.
